WHY Monthly is an online membership to a virtual studio where you have access to yoga videos and so much more!
My goal is to help you FEEL YOUR BEST so you can BE YOUR BEST.
The biggest barriers I see when it comes to focusing on your health are:
- Time â youâre busy. I get it. Thatâs why I have so many 20-minute classes. Canât take 20 minutes for yourself? We should talk đ
- Energy â You donât sleep well and when youâve tried other forms of exercise you are left feeling depleted. Yoga gives you energy.
A regular yoga practice helps you sleep better, which leads to having more energy during the day. Helps with menopause too…just sayin’ - Support/accountability â Iâm here for you! Our Private Facebook Group is here for you. Youâve got this! And I will give you a gentle âvirtualâ kick in the butt to help you keep going. I will also be teaching live classes in the group 2-3 times per week.
- Money â I do not want money to be a barrier for anyone. Thatâs why your first month is ONLY $12 and then $24/month after that as long as you remain a member. You can cancel your membership at any time. This is the lowest price it will ever be so lock it in now. That’s the total price and it’s in Canadian dollars.Â

What youâll see when you log in:
All classes from the 10 Day Challenge. In addition, there are 10 x 20-minute classes so you have lots to choose from right away.
By October first there will be several other classes added. 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute classes. From beginner’s and beyond, I’ve got you covered!
4-6 new classes will be added each month.
Each month will have a theme. October is âCreating Healthy Habitsâ
A quarterly mini-course will be available to members.Â
I am also a certified health & nutrition coach and I will be adding in a splash of other content into the memberâs area, such as recipes, health tips, and mini-challenges. Likely to begin in November.
This will not be overwhelming. I will provide you with a sample calendar each month that you can choose to follow or create your own.
And I promise it is easy to navigate for the technologically challenged đ
One of the biggest values of your membership is the Private Facebook Group. I have been teaching classes in a private Facebook Group consistently over the last 4 months and it has been incredible. I plan to continue to teach 2-3 Live classes each week and the replays will remain available in the group for those who cannot make it to the live session. I will be present in the group on a regular basis to answer questions and provide motivation and accountability.
