Hi there! 
I'm Jo-Ann,  a certified yoga teacher, menopause fitness and nutrition specialist and mother. I have over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and am dedicated to helping women in midlife achieve optimal health and wellness and feel great in their bodies!

I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the practice. I became a certified yoga teacher and have helped countless women improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through yoga.

As a menopause fitness and nutrition specialist, I understand the unique needs of women in midlife and provide personalized nutrition and fitness coaching plans to help them achieve their goals. I believe that proper nutrition and exercise are essential for managing symptoms of menopause and improving overall health and wellbeing.  

I am passionate about empowering women to live their best lives in midlife and beyond.
