I began practicing yoga over 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the practice. I became a certified yoga teacher and have helped countless women improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through yoga.
As a menopause fitness and nutrition specialist, I understand the unique needs of women in midlife and provide personalized nutrition and fitness coaching plans to help them achieve their goals. I believe that proper nutrition and exercise are essential for managing symptoms of menopause and improving overall health and wellbeing.
