To be clear, when I say “menopause” I am referring to any women between the ages of 40 and 65 +  That includes perimenopause, through menopause and postmenopause. Even after your period has stopped, you likely still have symptoms AND you are more at risk for osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. This is why it’s so important to start focusing on YOU and your HEALTH. 
The Menopause Reset focuses on these key areas: mindset, habits, nutrition, and exercise.

  • We'll tackle habits. Menopause can disrupt your routine, so we’ll work to establish healthy habits that support your overall well-being. Whether it's getting more restorative sleep or incorporating more movement into your day, I'll be there to support you every step of the way.

  • Of course, nutrition is a key component of the program. You’ll learn to nourish your body with the right foods to support hormonal balance and overall health. This is NOT a DIET. You will learn how, when and what to eat to support your body and balance your hormones through peri and post-menopause, but you are in the driver's seat. You get to choose what works for you and what doesn't. A bonus recipe guide is included! 
 
  • And let’s not forget exercise 🙂 Exercise is essential for maintaining bone density, improving mood, and reducing the risk of chronic disease.
